The Stony Brook University Hospital Auxiliary is dedicated to helping achieve the best possible patient care.

For more than 25 years, the Stony Brook University Hospital Auxiliary has supported the hospital in providing outstanding medical care to all its patients. We have done this by raising and donating more than $6 million for many hospital projects, services, and state-of–the-art hospital equipment. Our dedication and commitment to emergency room services is further demonstrated by the purchase of our third new ambulance and new blood flow monitoring device the Cardio Q. The Cardio Q is a special monitor that helps determine blood flow in critically ill patients. This equipment was purchased with the most recent funds raised by the Auxiliary.
