Long Island Diabetes & Endocrinology, in collaboration with Stony Brook Medicine, is a community-based diabetes and endocrinology practice addressing health care in Babylon and the surrounding communities. Our goal at Long Island Diabetes & Endocrinology is for you to feel confident about the quality and coordination of the medical care you receive.

Michelle Jardine, MD, FACE, ECNU
Dr. Jardine specializes in diabetes and endocrinology and has been providing comprehensive patient care for 19 years.
"Our practice is excited to have joined Stony Brook Medicine. We are honored and proud to be a part of an institution whose mission involves not only exemplary patient care but continuing research and outstanding education," said Dr. Jardine. "We look forward to continuing to serve the community and its many healthcare needs with both quality and evidence-based medicine."
Dr. Jardine attended medical school at Albany Medical College and completed her residency at North Shore University Hospital/NYU School of Medicine. After her residency, Dr. Jardine completed a combined fellowship in endocrinology between New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Hospital for Special Surgery.
