Effective September 30, Tintu Chiramel, MD, will no longer be practicing at Smithtown Primary Care. Please note that at this time, Dr. Chiramel will not be moving to another primary care practice.

For your convenience, we recommend continuing your care with Ronni Sollazzo, MD, at Partners in Primary Care, located a quarter of a mile from the office at 267 East Main Street, Building C, Smithtown.

For patients that live further west, we recommend continuing your care with Neha Pawar, MD, at Long Island Premier Medical Care located at 5036 Jericho Turnpike, Suite 207, Commack.
