Body in Balance Physical Therapy

Body in Balance is a community-based wellness facility staffed by physical therapists, exercise physiologists, athletic trainers and personal trainers that offers physical therapy and wellness services to a diverse population spanning all ages. Body in Balance offers a dynamic gym environment for rehabilitation and fitness training, rubber plyometric flooring for sport-specific exercise and training drills, and a field turf running surface. Centrally located in western Suffolk within 10 miles of Stony Brook, Body in Balance is in the heart of the Hauppauge Industrial Park, convenient to Routes 347 and 454, Northern State Parkway, Motor Parkway and the Long Island Expressway.
