We are a community-based pediatric practice addressing health care in Wyandanch and the surrounding area. Our goal at Wyandanch Pediatrics is for you to feel confident about the quality and coordination of the medical care you receive, whether it's a one-time acute event, a chronic condition or any type of health concern in between. We're continuously investing in new practices, technologies and procedures to help enhance our ability to provide more effective and consistent communication about information regarding your health.

Our Physician

Belinda Marquis, MD, MBA, FAAP

Dr. Marquis is a highly dedicated pediatrician who believes in a patient-centered medical home, and her practice is based on this model. 

"As a pediatrician, my primary objective is to provide comprehensive medical care to children and advocate for their total well-being so they can become outstanding members of society. I am excited to collaborate with Stony Brook Medicine in this endeavor," said Dr. Marquis. "Together, we can provide quality and easily accessible care in the community where children do not have to travel far for quality care."

Patients are empowered and encouraged to create health goals and participate in reaching those goals while having a unique experience of collaborative care close to home.

Dr. Marquis received her medical degree from the University of Benin College of Medicine, Benin City, Nigeria, and is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics.

Her practice interests include childhood obesity, behavioral health, encouraging breastfeeding and managing medically fragile patients.
